CCI was
founded in 1992 by Bill Harvey and a group of investors with
little more than engineering drawings, machinery and a customer list acquired
from another firm. From the very start, CCI's competitive
advantage has been based on two important principles: solid construction and
quick delivery. "We are proud to manufacture one of the heaviest CEMA-grade
pulleys in the industry," Harvey says. Today working out of a new
60,000-sq.-ft. facility in Albemarle, N.C., located 30 miles east of Charlotte, CCI continues to invest in new equipment and focus on manufacturing technology. With
high-profile aggregates industry customers such as Martin Marietta and Rinker
Materials, CCI exceeds industry standards for quality and service.
