  CCI  Self Cleaning Wing Pulleys feature the heaviest construction in the industry with 1/4" wings and 3/8" contact bars on standard duty pulleys. CCI  mine duty pulleys feature 3/8" wings and 5/8" contact bars.  Each gusset or cone is continuously welded to the wing supports, not spot welded!  Each pulley is painted with an anti-corrosive epoxy paint and shipped.
