The CCI Spiral Pulley is designed specifically for the ultimate cleaning action in conveyor applications where the build up of material is a problem.

The CCI Spiral Wing offers the same aggressive construction as our other self cleaning wing pulleys, and includes a reverse helix spiral wrap to clean the belt.

Unlike our competitors, we apply the wrap with heavy welds over the contact bars found on our standard wing pulleys. This provides for superior adhesion of the wrap to the pulley.

CCI Spiral pulleys are offered in standard, heavy, mine and quarry duty construction, with quick deliveries available.

Dead Shaft Pulleys

CCI (DSP) Pulley is designed to offer another solution to combat shaft deflection problems by narrowing the bearing centers. Our (DSP) pulley features standard piloted flanged cartridge spherical roller bearings in each end disc, and 3/4" thick fabricated steel pedestals for mounting the assembly to the conveyor frame. Our rugged pedestals can be fabricated to fit dimensions of the standard pillow block which they have replaced.
