CCI_Rolled Drum Pulleys feature precision cut center and end discs in 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" 1", and 1-1/4" material.  Each steel hub is "submerged-arc" welded on both sides of the end disc before final assembly to the pulley.  Each disc is double pass submerged-arc welded to the rim to provide better protection against "end-disc fatigue."  The seams created by fusing the two half shells are then ground to radius using our unique linear bearing quided swing arm belt sander.  This insures a rounded face eliminating flat spots which may cause conveyor belt vibration.  Each pulley is then painted with an anti-corrosive epoxy paint and shipped.
