Machined Drum Pulleys

... are manufactured from thick walled tubing or pipe.  Each end disc is jig positioned and mig welded into place.  Each pulley is placed on a crowning lathe and machined to a concentric finish.  Flat face or crowned face pulleys are standard with .

Rolled Drum Pulleys

... are manufactured from domestic steel and formed on our unique roll machine designed specifically for conveyor pulleys. Our "Two Half Shell" construction in which each half-rim is hydraulically seated around the precut end discs and center discs insures a concentric O.D. and smoother running conveyor.  Rims are available in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" material and are formed with a crown unless other wise specified.

Self Cleaning Wing Pulleys

... are manufactured from high grade steel utilizing a unique "two piece" end pipe design offering several engineering advantages.  The first edge allows   to place and additional internal weld to the back side of the pulley hub for increased protection against weld fatigue.  The next edge yields the ability for oversized shafts to be mounted in smal diameter wing pulleys.  One further advantage with our "two piece" end pipe design allows to reduce the overall height of each wing, on large diameter pulleys, thereby reducing instability and eliminating the tendency for wings to fold over.

Mine Duty Pulleys

... offers the heaviest constructed Mine Duty Wing pulley in the industry, featuring 3/8" wings, 5/8" x 1-1/2" flat bar and 1/4" gussets.  Each hub is submerged arc welded internally and externally to prevent premature failure at the hub weld.  Each wing is mig welded not only to the end pipe, but supported by the gusset material between each wing.
