CCI offers its own name brand of ceramic lagging custom fit for your application. When you choose ceramic lagging for your CCI drive pulley, you are being provided with short term and long terms benefits.
The positive grip improves tracking and reduces slippage. This allows for lower belt tensions that improve the life expectancy of your conveyor components. Wear characteristics are greatly improved in harsh environments.
CCI's C-Lagg can also be applied to your current pulleys. Either send them to us for re-lagging or we can offer a kit for field application. Special care and consideration must be applied when re-lagging a pulley. Please consult us before attempting.

CCI Lagging is designed to meet the demands of your application. We offer vulcanized rubber, which is baked on the pulleys in an autoclave for superior adhesion. We can also supply special Lagging compounds such as Urethane, EPDM White Food Grade FDA approved rubber, MSHA, Abrasive Resistant Lagging and many other lagging products.

CCI's Wear Parts
CCI offers many products designed to repair pulleys that are structurally sound but show signs of wear from normal operation. We offer wear rims, which can be placed over old pulleys and welded in position. These shells are available in 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" thick material.
We also offer shell lagging for conveyor pulleys, a solution to lagging wear replacement while the pulley is still in the frame. We offer shell lagging with 1/4" rubber, 3/8" rubber and 1/2" rubber, in herringbone, diamond grooved and smooth finish.
CCI manufactures replaceable contact bars for wing pulleys, which can be clipped onto the pulley wing and welded into position. These are for use in applications where the original contact bars are worn, but the pulley is still structurally sound
