Wear Rims
 _offers many products designed to repair
pulleys that are structurally sound but show signs of wear from normal
operation. We offer wear rims, which can be placed over old pulleys
and welded in position. These shells are available in 1/4”, 5/16”,
3/8” and 1/2” thick
material.

Shell Lagging
We also offer shell lagging for conveyor pulleys, a solution to lagging
wear replacement while the pulley is still in the frame. We offer shell
lagging with 1/4” rubber, 3/8” rubber and 1/2” rubber,
in herringbone, diamond grooved and smooth finish. |

Lagged Contact Bars
_manufactures replaceable contact bars
for wing pulleys, which can be clipped onto the pulley wing and welded
into position. These are for use in applications where the original
contact bars are worn, but the pulley is still structurally sound. |
