The Quarry Duty "AR" Wing Pulley is specifically designed for the most rugged applications where extended life is essential. The "AR" Wing is constructed with "AR400" abrasive steel contact bars, where the belt rides on the pulley. The contact bars are 3/4-in. thick x 2-in. wide, providing unsurpassed strength. The wings are a minimum of 1/2-in. thick and provide additional protection against wing folding and premature failure. The "AR" Wing Pulley also features our unique "end pipe" design, which reduces wing height and provides another level of protection against wing folding.  The Quarry Duty "AR" Wing Pulley is a natural candidate for primary tail sections, surge pile tail sections and hard-to-reach positions.

Mine Duty Wing Pulley

The Mine Duty Wing Pulley is the heaviest constructed in the industry, featuring 3/8-in. wings, 5/8-in. x 1-1/2in. flat bar and 1/4-in. gussets. Each hub submerged arc-welded internally and externally to prevent failure at the hub weld. Each wing is mig welded not only to the end pipe, but supported by the gusset material between each wing. On all pulleys more than 16-in. in diameter, CCI  uses an oversized pipe end design to reduce the overall wing height. This design helps eliminate the tendency for wings to fold on contact with large rocks or other material.

Spiral Wing Pulley

     The Spiral Wing Pulley is designed specifically fir the ultimate cleaning action in conveyor applications where the build up is a problem.

     The Spiral Wing Pulley offers the same aggressive construction as our other self-cleaning wing pulleys and includes a reverse helix spiral wrap to clean the belt. Unlike our competitors, we apply the wrap with heavy welds over the contact bar found on our standard wing pulleys. This Provides for superior adhesion of the wrap to the pulley.
