                                      Vulcanized Lagging - Plain

 

    Plain vulcanized lagging is suitable for any pulley in the conveyor system where watershed is not necessary. It provides additional protection against belt wear and increases the life of the pulley.

     offers vulcanized rubber, which is baked onto the pulleys in an autoclave. Resulting in a bond that will not pull loose even under extreme conditions (unlike many glued-on materials).

    Whether a completely new pulley, or recovering your existing core, can accommodate most any need and size. 90% of orders are ready to ship out in 3 days. Special materials or configurations may take a few extra days.
