The CCI Quarry Duty Drum Pulley utilizes a two-piece rim hydraulically seated around precision-cut end and center discs. Our design features a double sub-arc welded construction on both the front and back of the hub and end discs, as well as at the rim to the end disc. The seem created by using each half shell is then ground to a radius with our linear bearing guided seam finisher.

    Each Pulley features a minimum 1/2" rim and 1 1/4" end disc, our Quarry Duty Drum features not only thicker rims and center disc, but also one additional center disc constructed from a minimum of 1/2" material.
